While we are required to maintain social distancing for everyone's safety, our approachable staff are still happy to help through 24/7 online chat, telephone and email support.

Where and when?

When the library reopens after lockdown, library staff will still be required to engage in social distancing but you can always chat to us online 24/7 or phone us, and we answer all webform and email enquiries as soon as we can - often within minutes but almost always within 48 hours (excluding bank holidays and days when the library is closed).  Even when you are in the library looking for books and journals you can chat to us online for help finding your way and to ask what to do if a book is unexpectedly not on the shelf.
