Some clients have reported that the VPN client ceases to connect to the internet. For a few unlucky clients, this is a recurring problem. This is a known problem that Information Services (IS) are working with the supplier and other partners to resolve. If your VPN connection fails and will not reconnect, please call the IS Services Desk on 023 9284 7777 for assistance. They will be able to resolve the issue for you and prevent the problem recurring. We hope that a more complete and permanent solution will be forthcoming soon. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.
Library staff are also happy to talk you through alternative off-campus login options for Library resources if you need to access resources in a hurry without using the VPN.
