Intermittent problem with the Subjects filter in EBSCO Discovery Service

The Subject drop-down filter on the search results screen appears to be available intermittently. Sometimes the filter works normally, while on other occasions the menu will not expand to allow it to be used.
You can add subject terms to a new line in your search enquiry. Click the pale (+) button to add new rows for additional search terms in Advanced Search. If you are finding terms appearing in unwanted subject areas, try using Advanced Search and adding a new line with the NOT operator that specifies the subject you do not want in your subject results in order to exclude all records matching this term.
