New links for old DawsonEra ebooks

All the links to what were formerly DawsonEra ebooks in the Library catalogue and Discovery Service have now been updated and should work normally. If you discover a link that does not work, please let us know.
Following Dawson going into administration, all DawsonEra ebooks have now been transferred to the VLeBooks platform. We are in the process of updating all the links in the Library catalogue and Discovery Service but unfortunately, this has to be done manually and so there will be a short delay until all the links are updated.
We hope to have all the links updated soon. In the meantime, thank you for your patience, and please get in touch if you have difficulty accessing any of our resources.
Workaround
If the catalogue/Discovery takes you to an old, broken Dawsonera URL of the form: https://www.dawsonera. com/readonline/9786000017194
then the new (working) VLeBooks link will be: http://www.vlebooks.com/vleweb/product/openreader?id=UniPorts&isbn=9786000017194
So, if you copy the above VLeBooks link and replace the long number at the end with the number at the end of the old DawsonEra link for the ebook you want, you will be able to access it.
