Difficulties exporting EBSCO database search results to EndNote Web

EBSCO databases now export search results to EndNote Web without incident. If you continue to experience any difficulties, please let us know.
Difficulties have been reported when exporting search results from the Discovery Service and other EBSCO databases into EndNote Web.
Many clients have found that some EBSCO databases will not export search results to EndNote Web, nor can they email themselves their search results as a RIS format file and import this. We are working with both EBSCO and EndNote to try to resolve this difficulty as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
