For those resources which do not accept your University login

Most resources can be accessed from anywhere using your University of Portsmouth (UoP) login username and password. The few resources listed below require you to use a different username and password. More information about logging in.

  • Association for Language Learning language zones

    ALL's language specific journals comprise Francophonie for French, Deutsch Lehren und Lernen for German, Tuttitalia for Italian, Vida Hispánica for Spanish and Portuguese, and Rusistika for Russian. They feature links to resources, articles in English and the target languages, reviews of publications and resources, plus details of forthcoming events. This online site also includes resources for Mandarin and Arabic. Make sure you go to Language Zones to access specific material.

    Barbour is a health and safety information service providing information sourced from over 900 providers. Information within it includes legislation, technical guides and best practice along with director level briefings and employee training guides. The legislation diary identifies all known upcoming changes in legislation relating to different health and safety topics.
