Crafts@Lunchtime

Crafting@Lunch is a joyful initiative led by Emma Rogers, member of the professional services team in the CCI Faculty. It offers a weekly opportunity for members of staff and friends of the Faculty to get together for a relaxing hour of craft, conversation and biscuits. Emma says, "Crafting on your lunch break has been proven to reduce stress, encourage mindfulness, boost creativity, promote a sense of calm and provide opportunities to connect. With this in mind, a group of staff has been meeting for weekly 'Crafting @ Lunch' sessions, during which we've worked on a range of projects including crochet, embroidery and felt work."
