How to get support

This service is free for everyone studying with the University of Portsmouth. One-to-one appointments can take place on campus or online. If a live session isn’t convenient, we can support you by email instead.

Links to book a one-to-one appointment or join a workshop will be available soon.

In the meantime, email us at [email protected] for support.

London campus

If you're a student on the London campus, use the Academic Skills London appointment bookings form to book an appointment. Email [email protected] if you have any problems.

Our approach

In a session, we'll discuss your work and help you build strategies you can apply to your current and future work. We won't complete, edit or rewrite assessed work. Our role is to help you build skills you can use on your own.

We keep what you tell us private. However, with your permission, we may also involve other university services when appropriate.
