OSCOLA referencing style is used when submitting work for a module for the School of Law.  Due to the complexity of particular sources, some entries are very detailed.  Make sure to fully read each page.

Cases fall under Section 2: Primary Sources in the OSCOLA guide and therefore only go in the footnotes and not the bibliography.

All cases before 2001 must have one law report citation only:

Case name Law Report Citation.

Case name (year) or [year] Volume (if needed) Report Abbreviation First page of the report Court (if not self evident) Pinpoint page or [pinpoint paragraph] if required.
