Need an instant response? You can chat to a librarian 24/7. We provide a locally staffed service between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and offer an out-of-hours service evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Want to ask a question from anywhere? You can use the online enquiry form or email library@port.ac.uk anytime. Enquiries are answered on a regular basis between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and we normally reply within 48 hours.

Working on a project or dissertation? Doing research? You can book a librarian by requesting a one-to-one appointment at a time // that is convenient to you. Booking requests are managed on a regular basis between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
