Abstract
This thesis looks to investigate about the sudden rise of television broadcasting and if it will ever replace radio as the mainstream media choice of Sierra Leone. The thesis will also investigate about the commercial stations and the state broadcaster. The research also includes interviews from key people in the broadcasting industry who have and are contributing currently to the industry. The research will argue that radio cannot be replaced by TV regardless of the rise of TV broadcasting.
