Abstract
The aim of this dissertation was to investigate the future of the Podcasting industry with particular focus on understanding the core values of Podcasting and how and why these may be affected by this industry becoming more mainstream than niche in the UK. Qualitative research data was gathered in the form of interviews. This data fulfilled primary research requirements that presented knowledge from those working in the industry as to how established core values of Podcasting are altering and their experiences in knowing and understanding why this is happening.
