Abstract

The intent of the project is to take an existing game and alter it using industry standard techniques and software, that all remakes currently utilise.
This will be a one-person project, making all the content from scratch using the original art to create characters and an environment.
This will include rigging, animating, texturing and combining it altogether into the game engine of choice.
Alongside identifying what the public’s perception of a what remake is? The elements expected to be present in one and factors that influence its purchase.
