Chudoba, Filip (2021) Prague airport environment development. (unpublished BSc dissertation), University of Portsmouth, Portsmouth
Abstract
Prague Airport is one of the medium-sized ones of its kind, but one of the busiest in Central Europe. The aim of this project was to process Prague Airport, its buildings, vegetation, and other objects, into the X-Plane 11 flight simulator.
Artefact should demonstrate the ability to create simple, optimized models, with advanced PBR texture or animation, but also demonstrate the ability to observe materials and shapes of buildings and surfaces, which then needs to be transferred to the virtual world and convince players of maximum product realism.
The final product should be able to compete with other companies and be a successful start to the world of game development.
