Abstract

Self-development and individual growth are topics of great importance as every person should strive to improve themselves every day. This magazine consists of 30 pages and aims to visually showcase continuous improvement along the journey in an artistic way. Different research methods were used throughout the process, including reading appropriate literature, researching the design practices of other artists in the graphic design field, and talking to others to gather as many perspectives as possible. The software used to produce the whole piece was Adobe InDesign, and it’s the most appropriate one for creating complex and multi-page documents. To create each individual artwork mainly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator were used. Photography was included as another medium and most of it was shot using Sony Alpha 6000 camera and edited using Adobe Lightroom. This project is about the journey of being better today than yesterday and its creation represents the journey itself.
