d'Eca, Luc (2022) Creating realistic game environments in Unreal Engine 4 using Substance Designer textures. (unpublished BSc dissertation), University of Portsmouth, Portsmouth

Abstract

This project is client work, it involves modelling and texturing realistic interior game environments. For the dissertation I will be creating two distinct different levels. I will be using Substance designer to create high resolution Seamless textures for use in Unreal Engine 4. By the end I have managed to create two different high quality realistic levels using texture created in substance designer and painter. Both these levels are fully built up and working in the game engine Unreal engine 4 and look realistic by videogame standards.
