Research will be conducted by a mixed method approach, combining a qualitave survey and interview to analyse impacts. The findings of the study include the underulisaon of key powers, such as Building Preservaon Noces, and recommend changes such as a reducon in VAT rate for listed buildings. The results of this study can be used by future researchers and industry professionals to inform their decisions and future research.
