Abstract

This study uses relevant case studies of art, including academic studies about the perception of art, in social, historical and legal contexts, as well as, primary research into individuals feelings of art, in order to determine what extent artistic integrity is compromised when an artist ‘borrows’ from another artists work as part of their own.
