Intermittent access problems to EBSCO services, including Discovery

Update 03/02/2016: The Discovery Service is working normally again.

We are currently experiencing intermittent access problems to EBSCO services, including Discovery. This is an issue at Ebsco’s end and is affecting a large number of libraries with a subscription to EBSCO services. This problem has been reported to EBSCO.
