Scaffolding tower in the Library Atrium (8 am onwards on Tuesday 14 Jan)

A scaffolding tower will be erected briefly by the Reception Desk to enable a ceiling inspection from 8 am on Tuesday 14 January. While the tower is in place it will obstruct the exit turnstiles and so clients will have to exit the library via the pass gate instead.

If you leave the library during this time via the pass gate and then attempt to re-enter the library the same day, the turnstile system will refuse you entry because it will have registered you as already being inside. If this happens, please tell the receptionist, who will be happy to let you in manually.
