Nexis Uni defaulting to "cases" search

Nexis Uni appears to be adding the "Cases" and adding a date filter to all searches by default.  We are very sorry for the ongoing difficulties you have experienced logging into this important resource. We are working with the supplier to restore the default search interface as quickly as possible.

Workaround

Click on the pull-down arrow next to "Cases" in the right side of the Nexis Uni search box and change the filter to either "All content" to search everything in Nexis Uni or the content type you wish to find, e.g. "News". 

In the same way, you can change the date range that is being searched to anything from "today" to "All search results" (everything available, published at any time).
