Ten minute relaxation sessions in the Library

Ten minute relaxation sessions start today in the University Library.  Learn to relax under pressure and feel reinvigorated and rejuvenated ready for what life throws at you next.

Join our colleagues from Sports & Recreation in the Library Meetings Room (follow the signs from the Atrium) for a 10 minute relaxation drop-in session today and every Thursday during term-time.  Sessions with Stephanie start at 2.10, 2.30 and 2.50 pm.  Everyone is welcome.
