Lexis+ login problem affecting some clients

The institutional login option for Lexis+ is not displaying for some clients. This problem persists even when connected via the VPN. There is no known workaround at present. We are pursuing a fix from the supplier. Alternative legal information resources, including Westlaw, vLex Justis, and HeinOnline are available from the Law subject page and by searching the Library catalogue.
Links to journals and articles in Lexis+ from the Discovery Service may take you to a login page that lacks an option for institutional login. It is still usually possible to log in using a direct link to Lexis+ in the Library catalogue, and then searching for the desired journal/article manually within Lexis+. Library staff are here to help via online chat 24/7 and can demonstrate how to do this at the Library skills drop-in (11 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday).
