We are delighted to present a small selection of the visual culture work carried out by Dr Annabel Tremmlett from the School of Health and Social Sciences on the lived family experiences and life histories of minority communities. Annabel's work challenges prejudices and preconceptions, helps minority groups tell their own stories and represents them honestly and authentically as they see themselves.
This display focuses on ethnographic and visual culture research among a Roma community celebrating Gypsy, Roma and Traveller History Month.
