Financial Times Online login change

Some clients are getting a 503 error message when they try to log in and upgrade their Financial Times Online accounts.  This usually happens to clients using Internet Explorer as their web browser.  Refreshing the screen (by clicking on the refresh icon or pressing the F5 key) usually clears this problem, as does changing to a more modern browser such as Google Chrome, Edge or Firefox.


The login method for the Financial Times Online is changing today.  If you have already registered for online access to the Financial Times or downloaded the app, you will be prompted to re-authenticate when you next log in.  Use your usual University network login and confirm your personal details, if asked.  

All your saved content and searches will carry over but you will need to re-subscribe to any premium newsletters.
