Institutional login disruption between 1.00-5.15pm today (Friday 27 July)

Due to essential maintenance work to be carried out on our secure sign-in service by Information Services (IS), we regret that you will not be able to log into any resources using the usual institutional login route this afternoon between 1.00-5.15pm. If you log into a computer on the University campus or using the VPN (or web proxy), you should not experience any disruption. Step by step instructions on setting up one of these services is available through our Work Anywhere web page.
A range of other services managed by IS are also expected to be affected, including MyApps and the password reset tool. If a service you need to use is affected, please consult IS for advice (call 023 9284 7777). All services are expected to return to normal from 5.15pm this evening.
