Group study room entry problems

The entry system for the bookable Group Study Rooms is now working normally again. 

Thank you for your patience.  If you experience any problems booking or accessing group study rooms, please report them immediately to the Library Help Desk.

There appears to be a recurrence of problems getting group study rooms to accept entry PINs when a room has been booked.  Please report any problems promptly to the Library Help Desk: staff will be happy to let you into the room you have booked and clear any "no show" entries that the system generates against your name.  We apologise for this ongoing inconvenience, which we are working hard to resolve.


Some clients have reported difficulties scanning into group study rooms.  If you find that you cannot scan in to a room that you have booked, please tell a member of staff at the Library Help Desk who will help you access the room.  We are working with the supplier to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.  We are sorry any inconvenience caused.
