Eresource authentication system upgrade problems

Our eresource authentication system is being upgraded this summer. The process began on Monday 25 July and will last several days.
The majority of our eresources have been unaffected by this change. However, we are experiencing some disruption with the following services:
- Ebook Central bookshelves
We are working with the platform providers and our authentication supplier to fix this as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
If you are logging into resources from off-campus without using the VPN, you might notice that the login pages for some eresources look different or you might be taken directly to the University login screen.
If you have difficulty logging into any of our services or resources, please chat to a member of our friendly enquiries team straight away. If we cannot help you resolve your difficulties immediately, this will still help us identify and fix any problems as quickly as possible.
As eresources are restored, you might still need to clear your browser history and cache in order for changes to take effect. Instructions for clearing the cache of many modern browsers is available here on MyPort.
